Have not tried either of last heaters ordered. I'm going to report on first two. The suitcase version is easiest to set up but the scattered version holds much more fuel. Both provide clean, hot air and so far, have been a breeze to maintain. The 8kw scattered one (with the many parts and no suitcase) uses about a gallon of diesel per 24 hours on low. The suitcase version is slightly more efficient while providing about the same heating capacity. Choice on which version to use depends on your needs. If you plan on having one location and will use it year after year, I'd go with the non-suitcase version. For portability and vehicle use, I'd go with the suitcase version. It's a win-win either way.

Great heater Great price. Wotks well in my tiny house. Heater works very well forvthe size of it. Fuel tank oversized fo only fill once a day which lasts over 12 hours on low.

Warmed my 1000sqft walk in basement for 12 hours on about a 1/3 of a tank, raising the overall temperature 7°F. Ran continuously, zero issues. Not as loud as some have complained about. I live in a rural farming community and my neighbors were impressed enough, they got one as well

My son and I installed this heater in our skid loader. We did fab a new mounting bracket to place it where we wanted it. We also skipped the heater fuel tank and tied directly into the skid loader's fuel tank line. It works great.

PROS: 1) Easy to install and uses only about 1/2 gallon per 12 hours on lowest setting; 2) The timer is easy to use and you do not have to reset it everyday (make sure you keep the thing fueled); 3) Aside from the fuel pump noise ALL of these types have, purrs like a kitten and VERY QUIET fan; 4) LOVE the two different modes of operation (e.g., set temperature or set operating level). CONS: 1) Temperature offset is only programmable from the hardwired controller and ONLY allows minus nine (-9) offset. For my needs need at least minus twenty-five (-25) offset and that is even with the controller remotely mounted; 2) The clock is HORRIBLY INACCURATE and advances 3-5 minutes per day. Would be superb if the Bluetooth app allowed programming features found on the hardwired controller; 3) Altitude displayed on APP is in meters only and temperature in Celcius only; 4) Need to be able to program timer (et al) from Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 5) The key-fob remote is terribly designed. If you accidentally touch "Off" the unit shuts down and you have to wait about 5 minutes to be able to restart. On the surface this does not sound like a problem until you find yourself fumbling around in the dark (nighttime) to try to increase/decrease the temperature and accidentally shut it down; 6) Need to be able to program clock from Bluetooth all (AirHeaterBLE). NOTES: 1) Overall a great item and could be FANTASTIC with a few updates to the Bluetooth app (AirHeaterBLE); 2) MOST significantly, needs to have the ability to set TEMPERATURE OFFSET up to -25 (minus twenty-five) degrees as the controller shows FAR hotter than actual temperature and that is even after mounting it far away from the heater; 3) The Bluetooth app needs to have an ADVANCED SETTINGS page where all the features can be changed/monitored appropriately. Doing this would be easier than an (impossible) firmware upgrade to the hardwired controller (i.e., those already out in the field). Would purchase again without hesitation, but sure hope they update the Bluetooth app and fix the clock innacuracy (maybe sync to phone time???).

I bought two of these heaters. One works great and one won’t work at all. Wont power on. Customer service isn’t helpful and wants me to send videos for any help. Take your chances.

We have used 2 of these in our semi truck repair shop and it does the job. Even when outside temps -20 still kept the shop around 50 using 2. Very very happy with this purchase. Recommend to anyone.

The installation was somewhat complex, but that's to be expected. The fan is running and making a buzzing sound, but thanks to info I found elsewhere I know that can be fixed fairly easily. The instructions are… not good. The translation uses some terminology that I simply don't understand. All of the stamped metal components have sharp burrs on the edges, but you get what you pay for. The phone app doesn't work AT ALL. It doesn't even see the heater. My experience with Vevor is generally better than this.
