The heater worked good the first time I used it then went to turn it on again and it would only blow cold air. I contacted vevor and asked for a replacement and they wouldn’t do it. They wanted me to trouble shoot it and try to send parts. After about a week of going back and forth with them because they only answer the message once a night they sent me a new control board to try and fix it. The whole time I kept asking for a refund or new unit which they would not do either. When the part arrived I put it in and turned the heater on and it started up but blew white smoke everywhere and the heat coming out was very little. After letting it run like this for a couple of minutes the heater again started to blow cold air only. I contacted vevor again asking for a new unit and again they wanted me to send more videos and trouble shoot it. I did as they asked because vevor again would not send me a new unit or refund. After about ten days of going back k and forth I got a message saying the heater I had was not longer in stock and I could finally get a refund. The product was very cheap quality and didn’t last a week. Even worse than that was the customer service that vevor supplied since when I started this process the heater was less than a week old and their website has a two year warranty and 30 day return policy. Beware if you purchase anything from this company and have a problem with it.

I bought this heater to supplement the heat in my 5th wheel camper, this heater does great. I installed this in the main front, large area where my batteries are. This location will heat the floor in my front living room and once I receive the 16’ heater hose and y fitting with built in valves….i can adjust where the heat goes. Great backup during very cold times.

This Heater is working great for my use case. I use it to heat a 40 foot camper. It was extremely easy to set up, the manual was surprisingly well written, though it looks to have been translated. They included everything in the kit to get it up and going, I didn't need to make any trips to the store which was extremely nice. The app does work, although I would like to see it have more capabilities configuring the Heater. One thing to be aware of is to be careful of exhaust routing, the exhaust gets extremely hot.

I have it for about a year. Took a minute to get installed the way I wanted it,but I have bought another one for my truck.

This unit has worked flawless so far. I heat my 43 foot 5th wheel with it here in Colorado. Even with temps down to 10 degrees, it stays 67 in the trailer. Thanks for the nice heater.

I've only used it once since purchasing it, but I'm hoping it lasts for a few years. It makes a lot of noise when starting and until it gets to the set temp. It also smoked a lot when I cut it off (there was a little spillage so I'm hoping that's all that was). It did take a little while for it to heat up @ 130 sq. ft but hopefully it will be better within the next few usages

This product I can recommend to anyone. It's as well as can be expected. Thank you for the heater.

Advertised as a vehicle heater primarily for tractor trailers, boats and RV's, I did not have high expectations for the Vevor Diesel Air Heater in my uninsulated shop - 10'x14' partitioned by plastic on three sides (including the ceiling) and two exterior walls. Boy, was I in for a surprise! To my pleasure, this heater has replaced my 30000 BTU BluFlame propane heater which exhibited dismal performance at best. The Vevor heater's forced air output can be pointed in any direction with the supplied air duct tubing. I have the heater mounted near the ceiling, so any trapped warm air that rises is recirculated back down toward the floor, or at me when the temps really dip down! The nicest feature is the Bluetooth app downloadable from Google Play which allows me to start the heater from the comfort of my home to preheat the shop while enjoying a cup of joe. In recent 20 degree temps, it took only about 10-15 minutes to warm up the shop and take off the chill enough to work in comfort. No more cold fingers and toes for me! I love my Vevor diesel heater!

I bought this same unit 2 years ago to heat a snowmobile trailer. It works great and puts out a lot of heat keeping the trailer comfortably warm. I got this unit (my second) for my small, 1 car garage for when I am doing maintenance in the cold months. It seems overall that the quality of these units has improved but I really miss the remote with the display screen. I could turn on the heater from the cab of my truck while driving to my destination and watch the progress of the heater on the remote screen. The remote that came with this unit barely works and has no display, but I suppose that is ok since it is just living in my garage. I don't really want the Bluetooth option as it is one more app I would need to install on my aging phone... If they brought back the model with the remote that has the display I would buy another one!

This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a unit (Order #241122009778025172XX) that arrived late and didn’t work at all. The product was defective out of the box, and despite spending an entire day troubleshooting, it would not turn on. When I reached out to customer support, they kept going back and forth with unnecessary instructions, refusing to process a simple return or refund. Frustrated, I placed a new order (Order #241129009778180835XX) on Friday, expecting it to arrive on Sunday as promised. It’s now four days later, and the order hasn’t even been shipped! What’s the point of paying more for expedited service if the seller can’t deliver on their promises? This whole ordeal has been a massive inconvenience, delaying my plans and leaving me without the product I needed. The lack of accountability, delayed shipping, and refusal to address the issue properly is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from this seller, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They clearly don’t care about their customers or fulfilling their obligations. I won’t be buying from them again Unless this situation is fully resolved—including processing a refund for the faulty unit, expediting my new order, and providing proper compensation for this mess—I will not change this review. This seller has completely failed to deliver on both their products and customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
