I have purchased two Vevor chinese diesel heaters neither is modifiable to meet my needs, I bought them because of a youtuber https://youtube.com/@joshuadelisle?si=ItvXxoJhkWWMlgUp who was explaining that the features of the vevor diesel heater allowed the user to modify the pump speed and fan speed of the unit to meet their needs. I have purchased two vevor diesel heaters and neither is modifiable this is Unacceptable, I should be able to purchase the same quality unit as anyone else. I would like Vevor to offer A Standard remote with customer capabilities to modify pump and fan speed. Regards Jon

The whole reason I purchased a vevor diesel heater. Was by watching a YouTuber https://youtube.com/@joshuadelisle?si=AexjPlvhoTxkS7Of and he spoke highly about your product and it's capabilities. To be able to modify pump and fan speed to meet individual needs. I have purchased two diesel heater with the impression that the units would be able to be modified, alas both units are not. I would like to see a standard unit offered by vevor with the users option to be modify settings as needed. Regards Jon

A nice unit, worked right out of the box. I added spacers on bottom of the case to clear a right angle exhaust connector , and added extension hose to exit building. Puts out a wifi 2ghz signal , but apparently there is no factory support for it, software uses bluetooth. Software initially suggested by Vevor did not work (Is not compatible with current Android firmware) but tech support provided a link to correct one.

I'm pretty pissed right now because nieces two ports and I wanted to just get the directions but it doesn't come with it what it comes with is link to a website that in order to see the videos you need to have a Google account then download it to the Google Drive to FRICKEN view it. Now I'm going to wanna know how to hook up the Bluetooth and everything else so I'm looking on this website and hopefully I will find it.

I really like this heater. It heats really well and gets super hot. Even on freezing days it heats my Mercedes sprinter170ext within minutes of startup. The startup is a little slow but I understand that it is heating the glow plug to optimal ignition temperature and that takes time. The only problem I can find with the unit at all is the fact that I think it should have an oval protrusion from the downward facing side of the floor plate. This would shield any possible wood flooring that is near the exhaust pipe when drilling through an rv type floor. I think that is the biggest application for one of these. The other thing is the fuel tank. Lacking space to put this one in my rig I went a different direction. Similar size but different shape that works better for me. Maybe have options of different tanks. Anyway those couple things would make this heater basically perfect. For reference I purchased the diesel 8k heater and fuel tank seperare unit. The heater fits in more places with this setup. Also you can mount the fuel tank outside somewhere for filling no need to worry about getting diesel drops or spillage in your vehicle.

I order the vevor diesel heater and never received it and I had to have my money reimbursed to my debit card I was very disappointed would really love to have the diesel fuel heater for my small garage but afraid to reorder this heater here

The heater worked good the first time I used it then went to turn it on again and it would only blow cold air. I contacted vevor and asked for a replacement and they wouldn’t do it. They wanted me to trouble shoot it and try to send parts. After about a week of going back and forth with them because they only answer the message once a night they sent me a new control board to try and fix it. The whole time I kept asking for a refund or new unit which they would not do either. When the part arrived I put it in and turned the heater on and it started up but blew white smoke everywhere and the heat coming out was very little. After letting it run like this for a couple of minutes the heater again started to blow cold air only. I contacted vevor again asking for a new unit and again they wanted me to send more videos and trouble shoot it. I did as they asked because vevor again would not send me a new unit or refund. After about ten days of going back k and forth I got a message saying the heater I had was not longer in stock and I could finally get a refund. The product was very cheap quality and didn’t last a week. Even worse than that was the customer service that vevor supplied since when I started this process the heater was less than a week old and their website has a two year warranty and 30 day return policy. Beware if you purchase anything from this company and have a problem with it.

I bought this heater to supplement the heat in my 5th wheel camper, this heater does great. I installed this in the main front, large area where my batteries are. This location will heat the floor in my front living room and once I receive the 16’ heater hose and y fitting with built in valves….i can adjust where the heat goes. Great backup during very cold times.

This Heater is working great for my use case. I use it to heat a 40 foot camper. It was extremely easy to set up, the manual was surprisingly well written, though it looks to have been translated. They included everything in the kit to get it up and going, I didn't need to make any trips to the store which was extremely nice. The app does work, although I would like to see it have more capabilities configuring the Heater. One thing to be aware of is to be careful of exhaust routing, the exhaust gets extremely hot.

I have it for about a year. Took a minute to get installed the way I wanted it,but I have bought another one for my truck.
