The oven arrived fast and un damaged. It looked like the photos. Main issue is needing a 40 amp 110v outlet. not common, I had to install one. Instructions are not good (lost in translation) otherwise it works as it should, I used it about 5 times for over one hour each time. For the money, there is no comparison.
