The unit fit as advertised and works properly, no CEL after driving hundreds of miles. Great price. Would have been good to have been advised that the heat shields needed to be drilled out to remove from old unit and reinstalled on new, but no big deal.

Easy install, passed Emissions, still working like a catalytic converter should , I bought a new down pipe and a new Resonator (pipe) also replaced both O2 sensors and gaskets.
