Plugged in waffle iron and does not heat up and no lights turn on. Tried multiple outlets to see is that was the issue

Works very well. Use the provided measuring cup to pour the batter into the machine or it will overflow when cooking. Not the machine's fault. They provide the measuring cup for a reason (as I found out the hard way). I guess with enough practice you could eyeball it when pouring the batter, but after using the machine about a half dozen times I still can't do it. The measuring cup it is. The adjustable temp range/timer is very useful. Waffle batter mixes vary from brand to brand and even batch to batch. The ability to have the waffle cook longer or shorter is very useful. This appliance just works and works well. Much better than the Cuisinart stand-up waffle maker we used to use. This is a commercial grade appliance and will churn out waffle after waffle, no problems. Would buy again.

This is the 3rd waffle maker I've ordered. They work great. The key is to no overfill with waffle batter.

CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE We use these 5 days a week, 6 hours at a time. After 6 months, they've seen better days. Rear waffles cook faster than the front waffles. The plastic timer knobs have all broken. The thermostat went bad in one of them so Vevor sent me a replacement thermostat, but it took a month to arrive and they would not pay to have it professionally installed and fixed, so I had to do it myself. Luckily, I am handy. That said, I am running a business and these are COMMERCIAL waffle makers, so I'd hoped for a quicker and more accommodating level of customer service. At the price, it's quicker and easier just to order more. I am on my 2nd pair, as they are the only commercial waffle maker of this size on the market.

This is the only waffle machine I've ever had. Made my first waffles today and they turned out great. Preheated quickly. Turning function worked smoothly. Waffles easily slipped out with no effort. Top grid feels secure in flipped up position. I prefer that the plates are not removable so that they don't slip out accidentally. I bought this commercial oriented product in hopes that it'll last longer than a consumer grade product. It definitely feels heavy duty. Consumer grade products often have shade/browning settings to choose from but with this product you select what temperature you want and monitor the time yourself with the mechanical kitchen timer installed or with whatever other method. It looks even more industrial than the pictures show with screws, nuts, and bolts sticking out the back. If you want to be able to store your waffle maker away between uses, this is not the product you want because it's massive. This product will most likely not work on a countertop with cabinets over it because you need space for the handle to occupy when the top grid is flipped up. Recommended.
