This package was never received. I kept watching the progress, which was somewhat murky. Then suddenly it was declared as delivered. I filed a complaint. It kept asking me to attach a file. Seemed like actively stopping me from filing a complaint. Now, suddenly, it says the case is "closed" But it doesn't indicate what the resolution is. Package was not received. Period. I'm a regular customer. Never filed a false claim.
