Everything is amazing except the delivery. It was dropped off in a yard near us. Not delivered to the building. It could have been missed for days and weeks. A yard guy was pulling the magnet for nails in the road and found the box. Other than that, perfect. Now my new order to San Antonio Texas has not arrived. I'm not sure if I need to repay or just be a little more patient. I can not find a number to call you to ask. This is the best I can do. I love the look of these on my driveway. The problem is that they do not last. I installed about 40 of them and had to replace at least 10 in the first 6 months of having them. Also the solar panels fade and get nasty really fast. You can polish them but they fade out again so it’s only temporary. Vevor needs to make a better longer lasting product. That said I will keep replacing them as I had to drill many holes in my concrete driveway to install them. It’s getting costly and annoying having to keep replacing them. Hasn’t even been a year yet.

Love how these are easy to install and perfect amount of light and very sturdy. They work exactly how I need them to work. I would highly recommend these.

Works as advertised

Terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst customer service of anybody that I have ordered from all year! They will not give you money back so be careful. The lights do not come in soft white as advertised.

This package was never received. I kept watching the progress, which was somewhat murky. Then suddenly it was declared as delivered. I filed a complaint. It kept asking me to attach a file. Seemed like actively stopping me from filing a complaint. Now, suddenly, it says the case is "closed" But it doesn't indicate what the resolution is. Package was not received. Period. I'm a regular customer. Never filed a false claim.

Mine have lasted a year and going. Stay lit all night.
