Tired of slow pop up toasters that fail in 2 years. Thought I’d try a conveyor toaster. I thought it was going to be a bit smaller in depth without the rear chute installed. It still takes up almost all of the depth of my countertop. Instructions suggest turning it on for 10 minutes to heat up before putting toast in. I find it takes about 5 minutes to reach full temp. All of that would probably be ok if it did a great job of toasting. I find the bottom is lighter than the top and even if it comes out the right color, it will be soggy and limp within a couple minutes even if it is not buttered. It will be toasted on the outside but the center is still moist. To me this would mean the temperature of the toaster is too high. I have seen some machines have an adjustable temp on the top element. That would be valuable here. I also noticed the conveyor tension adjustment was not set correctly when I first unpackaged it and was not easy to adjust. We will likely be selling it but will have to take a big loss on it as it was 2.5 times the price of a normal toaster.

Like that we can use for bread - toast both sides or.buns toast just.one side

The on off switch is not a master, it is only for the conveyor. So it is possible to turn off the switch, have the power light go out, and have the elements still on. You must dial the elements off every night as well as the switch. The light is misleading

after using a 2 slot toaster for 5 years ,it takes some getting used to. the element/motor stays hot so if you have a slow period, you need to turn it off

Very good for the Money, Showed up damaged but still in working condition. We have ours in a small area so it maybe a little warm for that small of an area!

Very reliable and great product. Toasts our bagels very well with different settings. We have it on for most of the day and it stays at the correct temperature throughout the day!
