The HASSEL& THE TROUBLE THIS COMPANY IS GIVEN ME FOR A PACKAGE I HAVE VIDEOS OF CAMERA FOOTAGE OF HOW IT ARRIVED &THEY OFFERED ME 30$BACK TO KEEP MACHINE&SAD IS IT DOESNT WORK THE TOP WAS SHATTERED THATS 70$TO BUY ALONE&THE MACHINE DONT HEAT UP BUT SURELY SPARKS &MAKES A HORRIFYING SCARY ZAPPING NOISE.. I NOTICED IT WAS FIRE FLEW TOBUNPLUG IT& I GOT A 2INCH BURN ON MY HAND FROM UNPLUGGING ITCOFF STSTEM STILL TO NO SUPPORT THEN IM OFFERED 86$ AND I SAID ID CALL FIRE DEPT PLUG IN SHOW THEM LET THEM BE READY STOMP FIRE OUT BUT SEE HOW IT ARRIVED& OPERATES & IM TOLD BY VEVOR IF I DO ID VOID WARRANTY & IM AT A POINT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT EZ PEAZEE DONT BUY FROM NO CONTACT #& ALL U DO IS CREATE 99 TICKETS EACH TICKETZ 3DAYS TO GET RESPONSE THEY PLAY GAMES WONT SHIP NEW ITEM NOT OF SAME BUT ILL JUST REPORT BBB&ALL OTHERS ESP ATTORNEY GENERAL AND FEW OTHERS TO MAKE A LOUD ARTICLE OF THIS MESS THATS LEFT ME BURNT DEEPLY ON MY HAND& WILL NOT SUPPORT ME WITH PICS OF IT ALL...THEYRE SCAMMERS & CHARGE U TO RETURN& WILL NOT REFUND UR MONEY ITEM TIL U PAY THE 112.71 TO RETURN ITEM THEY INSPECT IT& THEYLL THEN DECIDE NOO WAY I MISSED A FUNDRAISER FOR VETERANS YESTURDAY& I HAVE NEXT EVENT I MUST LEAVE A DAY EARLY TO TRAVEL TO IT&I WONT HAVE A MACHINE STILL...CALLING LAWYER COURTS NOW TO DEAL WITH IT GLAD MY CART OF 3,300$$ I DIDNT BUY READ MOST ITEMS THEY SELL PPL ALL HAVE MAJOR RUN INS &GET DAMAGED BROKEN ITEMS ITS A DISGRACE TO BUY HERE having trouble loading pics here but I'm working on it they got 22 horrific pics to see how they ship broken no good shiatt

Everything met my standards

The cotton candy machine/ cart works GREAT, we could wait to put it together. It was easy to do. It heats up fast and using hard candy is just as easy as the floss sugar. Would recommend to anyone!!!! Well worth the money. SUPER FUN TOO

This is a nice machine for home use but not Comercial use.it cannot keep with the large volumes. Considering a good gold medal unit cost a grand this machine is good for the price

This arrived on time and was packaged nicely. I would buy it again. The assembly was easy and straight forward.

Wonderful machine for hosting party's or any larger gathering

Easy to put together and operate! Purchased for a birthday party and it was a huge hit. Children had no issues.

Excellent value for product. The machine has worked perfectly. Super easy to use and clean. The cart is not very good though. I recommend the machine - not the cart!! - But overrall this is a good product for home use. Super fun for birthday's and limited use events. You have to let it cool down every 45 minutes or the cotton candy gets stuck and does not spin corretly.

This machine was perfect and performs just as described, easy to put together and makes the perfect cotton candy. Used this for a small function and will use for future festivals!!! Great shipping and fast
