Love it. Great Price - Fast Shipping = Fun to use outdoors no smell from grilled food in my home. And no grease splatter on my stove top. I built a cover for it. I use the griddle under a covered patio. So no weather problems.

We purchased this griddle for use outdoors - after having a cover made for it out of stainless steel - it is the perfect addition! It makes PERFECT burgers and other meals - quick and easy. It is large enough to accomodate multiple entree's and sides at the same time!

I purchased the Griddle with high expectations and was not disappointed. It arrived on time, with excellent packaging, and was easy to clean up and put into use. I did purchase an Infrared thermometer to be aware of the temperature changes on the griddle itself. After cooking the initial break in meats: bacon and hamburger patties, I had a pretty good understanding of what was going on with surface temperatures. Knowing this gave me all I needed to prepare other foods. After cooking and a slight cool down, clean up was easy with water on the surface and using the catch can. All in all, this is as close to a restaurant grill as you can get. Expect excellent results! It's important to note that no extension cords should be used with this and, be aware of the splatter off of the grill. Other than that, this thing rocks!

Great griddle. Got the 21 inch griddle. Has a large grease tray, this was something I was looking for in a griddle easy clean up. Always wanted a Cuisinart griddle but couldn't justify the cost of them. This one doesn't have a lid press that the Cuisinart ones have, figured a cast iron weight would do the same thing and be cheaper. Doesn't have any non stick coatings to worry about chipping off into food. I have seasoned mine, keeps seasoning nicely. Have made grilled cheeses, hash browns, smash burgers, chicken thighs, pancakes all have cooked great on this griddle. This griddle does have a cooler side on the right side, I use this side as a keep warm side. Been a great griddle so far. Has a spot in my kitchen where it doesn't get put away.

Great flat top so far. Not much to complain about. Fast shipping too. Seasoned with salted butter, walmart brand. Use butter to cook everything. Better than any cast iron pan I've had in terms of non stick.

Very well made, high quality griddle. Works great and has nice even heat distribution. Easy to clean and use right out of the box. Cooking plate was smooth and easy to season. Used it the day it came in and pretty much every day since.
