On initial setup the switch was stuck/broke "ON". Vevor wanted video but could not open the video. Had to shorten to less than 5 secs so they could view. They offered to send a new switch for me to install. That was unacceptable. This all took 3 weeks, I was offered a good faith payment to keep it. I took that and planned to buy a foot switch, knowing I cannot use the reverse function. Vevor could not recommend a foot switch to use and would not send me a review, until a complaint was filed.
