I installed this jack on my 16' car hauler and it works great. Attached red wire to 12V Aux pin and the black wire to the GND pin on my 7-pin trailer plug. All I have to do now is plug in my trailer plug to easily raise and lower my trailer tongue. I did have to rotate the jack so the switches face the passenger side of the vehicle to get clearance for my tailgate (2015 Silverado 2500). Should definitely have bought it sooner.

Seems like it doesn't struggle with my enclosed trailer but it's smooth just slow. The drop post helps with taking some time off getting it to the ground quicker if needed.

Works great! Maybe a little slower than original but this one is rated for more weight so it is to be expected. I like the adjustable height foot as you don't have to run the jack as much so it ends up being quicker.

Only disappointed it doesn’t come with the plug plugged into the back of the truck to use instead of wiring it to a battery

Really like this unit. Works well and was able to re-use the existing footprint for the install. Seems hefty and well-made but have not had it long enough to speak to its durability over time. Very happy with the purchase and the price on this unit and would recommend.
