The product works as expected. So far, I have been happy. I purchased it a few months ago. Installation is easy and I have successfully used the camper/trailer with no problems and the jack worked perfectly.
The only complaint would be to check all parts when the box arrives, as the water proof cover for the jack was missing in the box.
Great quality, just not as fast as I was hoping it would be, takes a few min to lift one way or the other. But it does the job at the cost I'd rather have 2 of these then 1 expensive one
