Sitting in a normal chair was killing my hip/leg and back. I tried standing, but my home office desk is an antique and just can’t support that. And previous uses of standing desks didn’t help enough. This seat has helped considerably though. I still have to do some PT and foam rolling, but overall a night and day difference.

I can sit for long periods of time without back pain, and it improves my sitting posture dramatically!

This chair was easy to assemble, and a game changer for someone suffering with sciatica and piformis syndrome. I work from home and found it incredibly uncomfortable to sit in my regular office chair, but this is comfortable and work well if you tend to change positions (ie the typical kneeling to more upright or feet on the floor).

This one was sooooo much comfier than either of the other two, ended up returning both.

I’ve been using this for a week now and I love it! It’s comfortable and has been easy to adjust to. I’ve noticed a few reviews that mention knee or shin pain. If I ever begin feeling this type of discomfort, which I have, it pushes me to get up and walk a bit. I have pretty serious back problems and this seems to be a very helpful ergonomic intervention. Highly recommend!
