The chair is good quality! It was easy to assemble even without any instructions. I had a knee replacement 18 mos ago. I get shin splints and you wouldn't believe how you just want to stretch out the front of your legs and just can't. This chair gave a nice stretch. No pain.

It is costly, but also very comfortable for long days at the office. Varying between this and standing have resolved my back problems from long days at the desk.

Comfortable for my knees as it’s actually my shins that are used. Much better for my lower back but I did notice pain in my tailbone if I sit too long. It may simply be a matter of adjusting to different muscles and sitting further back on the seat.

I am still getting use to the position and can't sit on it for long periods of time. but it helps my posture and feels very natural. Very easy to put together and high quality. Worth the price for sure!

I love these chairs. I had one that I used for decades, but when I sold my house and left my desk for the new owners, they wanted the chair also. This new one is just as wonderful. Easy to put together even for a 65-year-old lady. Amazing desk chair. My only complaint is that there are only a few color choices. I went with the black fabric, but it attracts every single hair that my two cats shed throughout the day. It would’ve been nice to have a few more choices of different woods and fabrics to choose from. In the end, I would buy it again.

There are different versions of a kneeling chair. This is the original and is also more expensive. For years, I have had an inexpensive metal version with rollers, and it has been great. It was important in getting me past some lower back pain. But the original version, which I bought recently, is wonderful and has good qualities the others do not. It is on rockers (like some but not all other versions). It is made of very strong plywood and very flexible. So when you sit in it, your body can adjust your posture in subtle ways all the time. In particular your lower legs and knees are not locked into a single fixed position. Changing posture as you work is very healthy! It's also really beautiful and super easy to assemble. I think if you can afford this version it is definitely worth it. If you want to spend less, you can get many of the posture advantages of a kneeling chair from other versions.

Beautiful, comfortable, and has significantly helped my posture. I highly recommend this chair. Please remember as it states in the instructions that your muscles will be sore the first week of use as you get used to correct posture and core muscle use. Super easy to assemble.
