Everything is wonderful with this fit perfectly. The only thing is that the gaskets given for the convertor flange were wrong and had to go to the auto parts store and buy new ones.

Wrong hardware
Studs were the wrong thread pitch, but I got it to work with some shade tree engineering. All said and done it fixed my "catalyst efficiency error".

These came in today and everything fit. Mechanic installed them and the car is back on the road. good buy if you don't want to spend an boat load of money on parts. Pretty happy overall!!
