This safe was the first item I ever ordered from VEVOR. It will definitely be the last. This hunk of metal is useless, and customer service will not do a thing about it. Horrible products and horrible customer service.

This a safe works great for our use. Has light inside tho we wish it had been brighter or in a different location. Thickness is ok for what we need and is sturdy.

Came in the package missing the battery compartment cap that retains battery from falling out. Aside from that it’s sturdy and the door close well.

They tell you Lkaline1.5V battery but I figured out it is a regular A-sized Alkaline (not lithium) battery (there's a typo on their instructions). I gave up trying to set a code after seven tries. I also bought a smaller one and found a video without which it would have been a bit mor challenging. Sadly, I could not find a video on this, but I read and followed instructions. If there was a store nearby I would have returned it. The person answering the chat I think is just a call center.

Just so you know it's not fireproof. But it is a nice 2 part safe to keep things in a safe place. It's nice to keep things separated, I use it for me and my son.

This safe is great! Small enough to put almost anywhere but big enough to hold my most important things. Comes with two drawers, one smaller, on top, and a larger one. Easy to access quickly. I keep my pistol handy in the top drawer and important paperwork etc in the bottom. Can be secured to the floor if wanted. Not fire rated but probably adequate protection from less intense heat! I've checked are and it was a good price!

Was looking for a small safe to bolt in a closet & store a few valuables in for safety. This safe is perfect for that. Programs very easily. It is like the safes you see in alot of hotels. Good amount of room inside & was perfect for what we needed it for. I recommend it highly.

The functions for locking the safe work well. I wish the whole inside was lined.
