Great Looking
Everything seems fine but the paint. If you lay it on anything while you are drilling the holes, make sure it's laying on a soft surface because it scratches very easily.I paid over $300 for this one. Now I see them for under $200. Not happy about that.

Very sturdy and attractive
I like the hand rail. We used it on our two level screened porch. It fit perfectly and was easy to install

Mostly Good
Handrail is nice, but do yourself a favor and buy better concrete anchors, paint the anchors, to prevent rust staining, neverseize the anchor bolt threads.

Works fine, but there are some flaws
The one I received is designed slightly differently than this one and less money, but it works for me. The rail is about a 14" in length, made to mount on two steps as pictured. However the hardware included, along with the worthless instructions don't do much to assist installation. There is no hardware to mount to wooden steps. They included cheaply made masonry anchors, but no lag bolts or hardware for any other type of mounting. The rail itself seems to be built ok with sturdy materials. There are flaws though. There are several places where welds weren't cleaned up properly causing some sharp splintering. I had to file the splinters down and touch up the paint. There's also a large scratch on mine at the top that I had to file down and touch up. The paint work is not the best, and looks like it would scratch up pretty easily. I expect the sun to eventually fade out the thin coat of glossy black paint. The instructions are worthless, with small pictures of hardware only, no written instructions. As mentioned, the hardware included is insufficient for wooden step or porch installations. Once I figured out which bolt goes where, and how the lower bar is supposed to be positioned, I found sufficient hardware to mount it, It looks fine and is sturdy. For my installation, I used 5/16 x 1 1/2 black lag bolts after drilling pilot holes. (If the rail doesn't line up correctly over a 2 step installation as pictured, try reversing and reposition the lower rail)Included are metal 2 piece covers that snap together and cover the bolts at the bottom. However, because of the gaps it leaves, I decided to caulk it with clear silicone to prevent water from seeping in to prevent eventual rotting of the bolt holes and wooden steps. (which is why I started this project in the first place)Eventually it worked out, looks good and is sturdy, ridiculous price (139) notwithstanding.

Great Product!!
I was goimg to write a review about how easy this handrail was to put together and install. It is very sturdy!! .. However, when I was in the process of putting it together, I took a closer look at the Top (most important) part of the handrail. It has a large gouge, a large spot missing paint, and a very sharp edge imperfection. (Resulted in only a tiny cut when I ran my hand over it) I filed down the sharp edges and spray painted the damaged area and will have to live with it, as it would be too expensive to return. Putting my house up for sale and had to intall a hand rail, so no time to look elsewhere. Very Poor Quality Control.UPDATE!! After seeing my review about the Top Rail being very pitted and poor quality control this company contacted me and offered to send a new top rail. Not only did I recieve a new top rail (which is flawless) I recieved and entire new unit!! Kudos to this company and their OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Company focused on a positive experience
UPDATE: After writing my initial review - the company reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. I must say that I am very impressed with their responsiveness and eagerness to make the situation right. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again - given how they stand behind their products.Original review: During install the main post sheared at the base plate connection. I have tried to fix it with jb-weld though I definitely question the durability. It does not feel like it will last more than a couple years.

Great! - See attached photos
My wife and I are very happy with this product. It is beautiful. I’m using this handrail indoors. It was very easy to assemble. I recommend this product (please refer to the attached photos). I assembled this handrail myself but I hired a handyman only to affix it to the ground (to the tiles and concrete underneath). The handyman told me that he had to use a different type of screws than the ones provided by the manufacturer to affix the handrails to the floor. He felt that the manufacturer’s screws would not hold the handrail strongly on the concrete. The installation instructions are easy to follow.

Super sturdy and easy to install
I installed this to a concrete step going to my mom’s concrete porch. I used a hammer drill to make the holes and the bolts that came with the product. After quick and easy assembly, just mark the holes, drill, bolt down. Easiest install ever and it’s rock solid. Mom has a sturdy way to step up now and she wants another for the back porch!
