I got the 5 bike holder. 5 bikes fit without much trouble.Package does not come with instructions (at least mine didn't). However, it's intuitive. (It did come with a metric tape measure and a small level - neither of which are needed for the installation.)Best to have a short Philips head screw driver and a 10mm wrench (ideally ratcheting). Takes less than an hour to put together by yourself. Probably much faster with 2 people.

It's durable

The bike rack was as described. Very easy to assemble. Lightweight, but very sturdy. Looks and works great in my multifamily complex.
