Let's get straight to the jab: this VEVOR stand is sturdy enough for light to moderate bag work, but be prepared to dodge some frustrating assembly jabs in the ring. Build quality seems solid. Thick steel tubing and a wide triangular base inspire confidence for taking on your average heavy bag. Adjusting the height is a breeze, with pin locks that slide smoothly and hold tight (unlike my shaky footwork). It even doubles as a pull-up bar, though I wouldn't trust it for anyone over 150lbs. Now, about that assembly... Calling the included instructions \"cryptic\" would be an insult to riddles. I'm no mechanic, but putting together IKEA furniture blindfolded has felt more intuitive. It took some trial and error to decipher the pictograms and get things bolted together. And while everything fit eventually, some parts felt like they were wrestling each other for dominance.

Pretty easy to install did it myself just have to follow the steps better than most I’ve seen advertised and sturdy

We needed a rack for our exercise equipment and seemed like it would work perfect. It did. Sturdy, relatively easy to assemble and held everything we had.

Not sure why the mixed reviews. I've only been using it a week...but it is perfect!Yes...you obviously need counter-weights for sturdiness.Yes...the instructions aren't amazing..but it still only took 20-30 minutes and it's not difficult.I have a 100 pound bag on it and so far I couldn't be happier. Highly reccomend.

Easy assembly and very sturdy. Only bad thing is the speed bag swivel broke within 1minute of use. Not even going to ask for a replacement because it is a bad design that would probably break again right away. Over all a nice setup for the price just recommend buying a different speed bag swivel.
