Trike arrived well packaged and all parts to assemble were included. Rear fenders need adjusting as the brackets are weak. Nice trike for the cost.

Once we got it assembled the trike is pretty nice. Very difficult assembly. Some pieces of hardware were missing. The assembly instruction manual was too vague and inconsistent with the parts we had in front of us. The price was very economical. I love the back support on the seat. In general, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I love to go for Casual rides with my grandchildren. Adult tricycle was easy enough to assemble that I was able to assemble it myself with the instructions and the videos on YouTube.

Excellent protected packaging. Some instructions unclear due translations. Illustrations could be better. Assembly took much longer than projected and my husband is knowledgeable regarding bikes. Included Tools much better than expected. Would rate higher but some parts missing and very difficult to report to customer service. Had to purchase alternative parts

Great gift surprise

The box arrived in good condition. It came with all it parts none were missing. However, the frame of the trike had a part that was bent. I was able to bend it back into place. The brake on the front tire, the screw that controls how close it is to the tire was broken off. I may have to replace the front brake frame. I can't seem to get the gear shift to work right. I am going to try and figure out how to set it up another time. Putting it together took long then what the introduction manual said it would take. It took me two days to put it together. I had to take breaks, it mad me more then once. Yes, it was a beast as other reviews have said to put it together. I still would've bought it know how much it would take to put together. I haven't taken it out to ride yet but from what I can tell it need to be on mostly flat surface. Not for country gravel roads. Good luck

This was a great buy. Assembly was not too bad if you take your time. Not as hard as others gave said.

I haven't assembled product yet. however, i will enjoy the tricycle.
