I bout this for my older brother as a gift. He is about 6’2” and it’s great for him. My son who is 9 also gets use out of it. Just a little tall for my son.

I got this for my boyfriend and while he loves it, weights need to be bought extra to hold it down because it tends to bounce while working out with it and isn’t the sturdiest. But it works. We love that the height is adjustable and doesn’t take up too much space.

It’s a mount for a punching bag… does the job. Hasn’t broken yet… simple assembly

This is perfect for the kids and their friends to learn the fundamentals of boxing and a good exercise tool for them as well.

Bought for my Grandson Birthday. Mom had to put together and she said it was not an easy job.

The stand came partially assembled and was easy to finish the assembly. There are a few extra bolts in case you lose one. It is sturdy and we'll built.

Converted a small bedroom to a workout room when one of the kiddos left for college. Not much space to get equipment in, so every bit matters. This stand adjusts extremely well by height and depth to accommodate different size bags and rooms. In the pic, you can see my 100lb UFC bag fit into a corner space I never thought it would!The packaging could use work, as it arrived with the straps cut through the box and screws strewn throughout. Building instructions also a single diagram with arrows to where screws go, and the tools are basic and could use work. Despite that, it's partially pre-assembled and it's clear where the pieces go even without instructions and having a real adjustable wrench and screw driver are my preference anyway.Overall, I'm very happy with the stand and hope it holds up for a long time!
