The boom components were shipped in 3 separate crates (the platform with the forklift pocket and the end/extension boom by Fed-Ex freight and the main/middle component by another carrier). When we only got 2 of the 3 packages at first, and we needed to use the jib boom on a project approaching rapidly. i contacted the seller, and they replied promptly explaining the situation, and provided an ETA and tracking number for the last item, which arrived a couple of days later as promised. The quality of the boom was pretty good, but there were a couple of minor issues we had to touch up (the bolts that held the side spacers for the end boom extension stuck out a little far and would rub the boom extension and bind up, so they were shortened up, and the main/end lifting hook was not welded to the end of the boom head as it had shown in the picture (pretty small weld, IMO, so we enlarged the lifting \"hook\" (flat bar with the hole in the end that the carabiner attached to) and added additional surface area to be welded to the end for guaranteed conformance (this was by far the biggest issue we had with this). I would have probably normally given this a 4 star review, but their customer service was on point and stayed in communication with me well to get the whole unit here on time, so I bumped the review to 5 stars). Not a bad product, for the price-point. Thank you.
