I love this slicer, it will slice anything beautifully. I have used it for mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, okra, and tomatoes. It is the best investment I have made all year. I would recommend this to anyone!!
I tried to slice frozen beef for jerky and I struggled. I couldn’t turn it fast enough to slice. I’m sure it will be great for veggies. It cleaned up easily.
Sliced my way through 30 pounds of tomatoes in about 20 min. Needs improvement with the instructions for taking it apart, Ended up washing it under the garden hose. Save the box for storage, Thanks, Vevor!
