Hand rail, not really a safety rail.
This is a good looking handrail that is fairly devoid of any instructions for installation. If you are handy and familiar with concrete fasteners it is a bargain for a lightweight handrail. Finish is nice.

Railing is good. It would really help if the installation instructions were more thorough. I am very disappointed in the cover for the mounting plate at the top end of the railing. The hole in the cover is too big.

had been looking for a long time for a bannister that would be adjustable and able to attach to cement stairs, it has proven to be sturdy and an excellent choice, had it for about 1 year. would recommend

Wrong item but I made it work.
The item shown is not the one I received. But I made it work and it is very strong. The shield anchor bolts furnished were not adequate but I bought 3/8 inch cinch anchors and they are very strong. No complaints.
