Ordered 2, both had nicks/chips (1 was even touched up w/white paint), but units appear new (we're painting them anyway). Neither came with supposedly included screws (only the concrete bolts, which appear way too short for a solid hold - only 2\" long). Weld on 1 railing seems poor (only tiny spot welds on each corner), but someone told me there is most likely a better weld for the unright to the base \"inside\" of cover welds. One unit came with 1 of the screw holes only partially cut out of the heavy base. I had a mechanic friend drill it out for me.

Sturdy and looks great

I needed a porch railing in a hurry. Since there are 2 risers on my porch, I couldn't sink the recommended length. The post is perfect size to accommodate 4 lengths of rebar, which was perfect to extend length and increase sturdiness of the post. This handrail was sufficient to fit my needs. And it's pleasing to the eye.

This handrail was perfect for my needs. Wanted something that would provide safe support to step up and down from my front side walk to my porch leading to my front door. The handrail appears to be well made and has a simple but stylish design. Was also very easy to install by digging a post hole and using some fast setting Quik-crete it was usable the next day.

Very study railing, will made, paint was good for the most part. I did not use the bolts that came with unit after reading some other reviews, rather some Tapcon screws that were much easier to install. But that's a minor issue. Overall, very happy with this railing ! Recommended !

My wife as really enjoyed using rails because she has a problem going up and down stairs. The rails are easy to install.

This is very helpful to my wife and her sister, both of whom need it to get up our front step. Installation takes some experience working with cement.

Very well made and easy to install,all the hardware is there. After I paint the color I want will look NICE.

Perfect for what I needed/wanted. Installation was easier than I thought it would be. Used it on my back steps, see attached picture, and thinking about a 2nd one for the front steps. I'll send the front picture when I get to it.
