This product does not work. I am not happy with this purchase. I have tried numerous times to get the printer to work and it does not work one bit. Zero instructions were sent with product.
its been more than 2 weeks i received my order but there is no software to run it and ive been contacting the customer service every day since then to send me the software or return my order but they are just playing around and telling me we are sending your matter to the department in charge and i got nothing in respond so far, this is ridicules.
