To get rid of you and the way you are handling my situation give me the refund and I will credit it to my poor judgment on who I purchase from and I can’t say I was happy with your customer service when it is all said and done I feel i never received one answer to any questions I asked have a good day

Refunding after returning is not the only way to solve the inconvenience. It is better that we make our best to refund you 84USD meanwhile you keep the item.

This is approximately 50 emails and still have not taken care of this a 5 minute phone call would have solved this problem weeks ago granted you are doing what you are instructed to do but it sure doesn’t help my feelings about your customer service
Please give me answers to my last email (shortage and wrong feeder pusher)

What about the brush and the feeder pusher can you send those if not can you compensate I know but maybe I am pushing it but I think it’s what I should do
I do believe I can make it work the basic grinder is I think great the unit itself is powerful enough to handle grinding a couple of hogs at a time which is reason I purchased the grinder it has a couple of quirks I can work with and still have no answer what the button does and again thanks for putting up with me I appreciate what you’re doing for i know it’s very hard to work both sides of the problems incurred
