Ordered grinder an what I got was an exhaust fan. Contacted vevor and sent them all the info they wanted and was told I would have to wait 3 to 7 days for someone to contact me. 3 days later they refunded my money with no explanation I would have reordered it but the price went way up.they could have just sent me grinder and I would have been happy. The price was great so I gave 4 stars but gave 1 star for ease of use,features and quality. As for customer satisfaction 1 star there.

Got to use this the other day for the first time took about a half an hour to ground 50 lb of meat that was running it through twice love the product very sturdy looks like it is well built

This machine made quick work of about 150lb of venison I had gotten. I made 10lb of summer sausage links. #32 machine ground it in less than 3min. Stuffed it really fast. I'd buy it again for sure. Really heavy duty and didn't bog down what so ever

200 lbs. of venison sausage 4 grinds for each 20lb batch to insure consistency This thing chewed through it like it was nothing, didn't even get hot, Moter got just little warm. never slowed down didn't bog not even a little. couldn't feed it fast enough awesome machine.

I use this for making cat food. It cut the time in half and didn't even bog. Both the other grinders that I've tried have stopped multiple times each time I used them. This thing doesn't even slow down. I don't think you can find a better grinder for the price

I sent several emails to customer service about the product being defective and requested to return but it seems like customer service does not like to accept returns, this has been going on for nearly a month and a half, I am a loyal customer

The cutter and grinding plate broke the first time I used it. I was only grinding pork fat. I no longer have a coarse cutter and one of the blades. Very disappointing.

Very impressed for the money ground packages deer in very shot order. Cleaning was a little difficult because the head has to be removed with a wrench

This meat grinder is a workhorse! It ground up our deer meat extra fast! It’s easy to clean for the most part besides the long barrel that has to come off with bolts. But I found another way to clean it without taking it off. But totally worth, the quality!

Been looking for a good quality grinder that wouldn’t break the bank and I finally found it. This grinder is a beast. Very well built. Very quiet. It was missing a part but notified VEVOR and they are sending the missing part.
