This dolly is GREAT! Our new house has steps at every entry and two staircases inside (one of which is VERY steep). We were able to move very heavy and large items using this unit (washer, dryer, boxes, dressers, desks, etc.) Comes with two very handy rope handles to help lift the load. For most large items you do have to team lift so items don't fall forward. Now that we are moved in and doing some remodeling I've used this to move in vanities, new toilets, etc. Was a GREAT buy! keep in mind that because it has 4 wheels on the ground at once it has a terrible turning radius. In some cases we would get the item to the stairs, put it down then move the dolly to the stair side and reload the item (we have a wall 3 feet after the bottom of our stairs).

Best investment I ever made. Well built and got the job done.

I bought this to help with a move and it's so much better than a standard two-wheeled dolly. It's easy to take up and down stairs. Because four wheels are on the ground at all times, it isn't QUITE as easy to turn corners as a two-wheeled dolly; something to keep in mind if you are toting heavy things. Folds nice and flat, and doesn't weigh too much. I'm pleased with this purchase!

This cart was an excellent purchase used it to haul stuff up to my son’s third floor dorm room this fall (no elevators just stairs), worked very well for taking the refrigerator up there.

Compared to the original German-made folding hand cart this one is slightly smaller and shorter, holds less, has more but smaller wheels, opens much easier. The negative is the smaller wheels. They do not climb over short obstacles, such as the 2” high lip on a lift. The original cart with larger wheels has no such problem.

Goes through with no problems, good item to purchase!!
