If it is possible to be in love with an ice machine, then I am in love. The ice machine works well producing plenty of beautiful ice. I have had it about six months with no issues after install. It has been used through several parties and everyday use, filled many ice chests and ice bags and it just keeps on going. I just love having fresh clean ice at my disposal whenever I want. The 33lb reservoir can be limited for larger parties, but I just fill ice bags beforehand and put them in the freezer and there is plenty of ice. We also have a sno cone machine that uses a small fortune in store bought ice every time we use it. The ice machine keeps the sno cone machine filled and running. I am more than satisfied with this device. I love it.

Over all this ice maker is great. Works well easy to set up and make great ice. Only 1 thing which I knew before I purchased the ice bin does not hold 30lbs. I can make 1.5 10lb bags from a bin when ice is fully broken up. 15 lbs is its max.

Nothing to complain about this little machine!! Easy set up ! I am using it to replace my big machine (220 lbs cap.) even though it can not make and store large volume in the content , I have enough to keep my 100 customers/day with quick and continuous producing the ice. So glad I bought it!! Highly recommended for small restaurant or home.

I purchased this with hesitation due to some iffy reviews but after receiving it I found it was packaged very well out of the box. I ordered the combo with the filter and electric pump since I have it in my laundry room. I threw the filter away because it seemed so cheap so I went to Home Depot and bought a quality filter that last very long. I had to get creative on my fittings for the filter and pump so if your not very savvy with tools or plumbing I would suggest hiring a plumber. This thing works great, puts off as much ice as I want or need. I’m in construction so it was simple to hook up for me and I had the tools and knowledge.

I absolutly love my Ice Machine. We have a large family, so we do not use the dishwasher all the kids have daily chores and dishwashing is one of them. So we removed the diswasher and replaced with the Ice Machine my husband had to rough in about 2" on the sides and top but we found the color match for the wood and it looks like it was meant to be there. We are never without ice. I highly recommend.....

Clean it every couple months, or as needed. Replace water filter every 4 to 6 months. I have run this thing 24/7 in my house of 5. Use for party ice and for filling thw fishing cooler. This thing has exceeded my expectations. Hope it keeps running so well!

This ice machine worked great for ten months. It started leaking water from the condenser pump and the ice would not drop from the freeze grate. I tried emailing customer service last week and haven’t had a response. I will not ever buy another VEVOR ice machine.

This will be my3rd icemaker - at first it seemed cheaper than the others but i did like the blue light and it has turned out to be the best one out of 3 - CONS: the door is very flimsy and can never close it quietly w/o waking the sleepy ones in living room!!

Really good product very pleased with it I don’t think it will make 110 lbs a day but it makes all I need every day

Purchased a little over a year ago and probably put 2000# of ice through it, if not more. Has paid for itself twice over. Only issue is the ice will melt in the bin. I bag it and put in a chest freezer to use when I'm ready. I would definitely purchase again
