Did not know what to expect considering the price is considerably lower than the competition. Was very pleased! The unit is well built, casters are a good size and the heat holding time is very good. So impressed I ordered another one almost right away for my BBQ business.

I purchased two of these carriers for a food festival to hold soup. They are sturdy and good quality. The only issue is that that there is no electrical outlet so it you can't keep the food at a stable temp.

The only downside to this product is the hinges. The hinges close and latch securely keeping the product inside either hot or cold for the amount of time the product says it will (4 to 6 hours). The problem with the hinges though is that they are not as sturdy as they could be. They should be of a metal construction. I reviewed to see if I would be able to purchase metal hinge replacements but was not able to locate any. I was also not able to locate plastic replacement hinges either. If there are metal replacements available we would be appreciative for that information. Anyway, the hinges durability is not enough of a concern to drop any stars as the product itself is easy to use, easily manageable, and the casters are designed just right. I am certainly going to be ordering more of these as my business has picked up a bit and more transportation units are required.

These women containers are awesome! They keep food hot for longer than I expected. They're easy to use and easy to clean. They are stackable which makes them even more convenient. They are adorable and look very professional
