The piece I received had some minor issues with the stabilizer rods. Contacted seller and they resolved the problem immediately. That being said, I use the extender for doing little jobs around the house especially where there are steps. The legs of my Little Giant ladder don't fit within the base tray but one end of the leg can easily be placed outside the tray to accommodate. Overall good quality.

I use it to support the ladder on a slope at one side of my house. It serves the purpose well. I highly recommend this product.

Shipped fast, good price, excellent product. Only issue, no instructions included to set it up and use it.

I used this to paint a stairwell that’s about 17 feet high. It was very helpful. I did have my son on standby because I was nervous but it worked fine. I’m 55 years old and 5’1. This was so handy for helping me get that high up for cutting in and doing the ceiling.

Needed this for a rather precarious hallway project. Purchased as in good condition from the Amazon warehouse. Item was in general as described but parts were again missing (Cotter pins, parts chain and key rings). Extremely stable solution. I felt very safe getting the job done.

My only issue was that our stairs turn to the side half way down but that is the fault of our builder, not this item. I didn't feel comfortable climbing up without my husband keeping the ladder steady but I'm sure that's just me. I was really happy to find this solution and I'm sure it will come in handy for many years to come.
