I purchased the unit to help regain the flexibility I had 20 years ago. This unit it much better than what I used back then.All 3 of our kids are in competitive sports and also use the machine to both increase and gain additional flexibility. This, in turn, helps reduce injuries and improve speed and agility.The unit tucks away nicely on the floor along a wall, out of the way, when not in use.Assembly was a piece of cake and took all of a few minutes.

My range of flexibility has increased.

I like every day that I used the product more range of motion was received.

Wow arrived 95 % assembled already with tools included, but I used 17mm socket for ease. Literally it took longer to unbox than assemble. The box shown was inside a larger box. This item was shipped for sturdiness. I'm 6ft and 250 lbs and it worked my legs like a pro trainer. Might have to buy a second one as a gift.
