Hoist works fine. Agree with some other commenters that the documentation in not good. However most hoist users can bypass the booklet with no problems.

Works as expected; good value for my purposes; would definitely buy it again. Vevor has delivered on time and as promised.

I used this product for lifting a 11' diameter ( 400 lbs ) sign into the ceiling of my 35' tall barn. I have used chain falls for 30 yrs performing different task at work and this product line worked as it should however, there was a nut and bolt that had come of during shipping. The hardware was still in the box so that I could reassemble it. I would recommend this product based on performance and pricing.
