Not having actually used the pan yet, we are pleased with the pan. Upon delivery, one spot weld was broken on one corner of the middle support. Hoping this is not an issue going forward. And they really need to come up with a better way to put on the adhesive plastic they use for shipping. A lot of it is underneath the metal lips and very hard to get off. Had to use a torch to get some of it out of the seams. Hopefully this is all forgotten when we start boiling. Here's to a bountiful maple season!

Have been using it for 2 yrs and it works great. High quality stainless steel construction, easy to use feeder pan. Good all around product that I would highly recommend!

This Evaporator has worked out very well for me. I'm wishing I had baught one with a feed pan or that a feed pan accessory was an option. My Accessory Kit did not have the correct coupling.

I purchased this product for making maple products using sap from maple trees on our land. It was easy to assemble, and it worked well with a propane grill. The dimensions were perfect for the type of grill I used. I was able to control the heat across the pan with four separate burners allowing me to adjust evap rate accordingly. I would recommend this product for other maple syrup enthusiasts who are interested in this hobby. ACM

This pan is solid and sturdy. It has excellent workmanship, We ordered it and received it quickly. Customer service doesn't have much knowledge of their products but it wasn't critical

Seems like it’s too thin of material might warp when the fire get to hot ! Nice size drain could’ve of been on other side , cooker is front loading

Holds 20 boiling gallons of sap without going over the sides, well worth the money compared to my old setup. Only thing I could recommend is a preparing pan for up top, but I made my own.

Good product...I had an issue with the plastic film coating adhered to the seam of the pan edges. I had a lot of adjustments to make but it is important to note Vevor was very fair with me on the resolution.

Order arrived quickly. Works great and as expected. Cleans up nice too. I would recommend this product to a friend.

Worked well. Only thing I'd like to see is another opening for a thermometer gauge. Vevor might also want to fix this page to allow less than 100 characters, and make title optional.
