Does a great job!

This is so worth the money! I sift with 80 sieve and get so much bran out on a pastry grind from my WonderMill. Good luck finding much affordable organic wheat before the harvest.

The device works perfectly for sifting home ground flour. Much better than sifting by hand.

It's nice. Loud. It would be better if you could stack the screens while running. The springs only allow for one screen at a time. A speed adjustment would be helpful.

Love it all together. It did come dented into the side when I received it.

Product works as intended. The trouble is the electric cord (switch) stopped working as it was cheaply made. Had to replace it for safety. It was turning on and off at random. You get what you pay for.

Great product for sifting flour.

The unit does a good job of sifting freshly milled wheat grains into bran, middlings, and flour. The unit is fairly quiet, it is not irritating when it runs. I found that the 80 mesh sieve outputs a very fine flour but would like to purchase the 70mesh because too much of the fine flour remains in the sieve. I have left questions about where to purchase other sieves but have not received any response. I found one small engineering issue. The spring that holds the sieve in place while it is running only clamps one sieve at a time. The most effective way to use the device is with both sieves attached at the same time. The top one captures the bran and the second the middlings. I had to carefully stretch the spring to make this work. Can anyone help me find a place to order other sieves?

I grind my own flour for bread and I bake bread almost daily, this sieve shaker gives me fine, super fine and regular flour with no fuss, no mess and saves my arms from falling off from sifting. It does all of this in about five minutes, so I highly recommend this for anyone who only uses whole grains in their kitchen.

The shaker sieve came as described with two sieve sizes. Perfect for separating flour to get fine cake flour.
