Mr.
Insufficient power and inadequate mounting bracket. Manufacturer does not sell replacement parts. We had to have a sturdier mounting bracket built. If replacement parts were available, we could have repaired the unit. Since they were not available we had to buy another unit which promptly broke down the second time we used it.

The mounting system is poor at best. Very loose when moving. Needs better clamp to tongue of trailer

Great back saver
Got this got this for our 1600lb adventure trailer. Makes moving it around very easy. Renting a 10x15 storage space so hard to back in with vehicle.

Well Made Products!
I have a hand crank trailer mover that cost 3 times as much! This one is way better and way quicker! Another quality product from Vevor!

Motor Works well so far. Haven't used it much. But, us it to move a small trl & 700lb motorcycle around garage area parking. The tire/wheel worn out quickly. Called and found out tire/wheel can not be replaced. So when moving small load on wet concrete be prepared to push. Tire/wheel will spin going no where. I would have expected this assembly would have lasted alot longer. Buyer be where. Forward an reverse switch attachment plug is a weak setup as well.

The machine works well and is very responsive. I have a 1912 lb base weight A-Liner camper and I fitted the Trailer Dolly on to make it easier to reverse the trailer into my garage with only a 5 inch gap on either side and limited yard space it just made sense. I marked the quality down to 4 star as I had to do some major modifications to the mounting bracket: it was not the correct shape to accommodate the shaft of the dolly: the angle between the curved section and the end section had to be bent to come over to get the locking bolt into the welded on nut to screw tight. When the shaft of the Dolly is placed in the holding curve, the end section stands over too proud and the bolt is way too short to get to the welded in nut to lock it down tight. Good thing I still had my Dad's 4" x 4" x 6" steel piece to encourage it to bend towards the welded nut and the short bolt was then the correct length to hold the shaft of the Dolly. I also had to find another spare electric battery connecting washer mount and cut off the ones supplied (1/4" internal diameter) and replace them with the larger internal diameter (at least 5/8") to be mountable on the 12V battery the A-Liner has: it is very neat as it has built in extra terminals for the negative and positive mount to make it easy to add on equipment to the 12V battery. Overall now that these two changes have been made I am very happy with the working of the Dolly and it should help me into the garage for many years to come. Just as a side note, with the A-Liner, it has a very short front hook-up section and the A-Liner has a double overlay of reinforcing steel sleveing in the front section of the frame, just where the Dolly has to be mounted. I had to Dremmel out an accommodating inlay on the in side of the large backing plate of the mount on one corner, about one square inch in size and about 1/16" deep. Finally, I made a piece of wood with a hole in it for locking the mounting bracket down with the short bolt through it to stop it from flapping around loose on the side of the front of the trailer! I thank you for the piece of equipment and I will recommend it to camping friends. But please do yourselves a BIG favor - introduce it to RV companies: when I asked the place we bought the RV at for an electric jockey wheel they tried to sell me the electric up and down thing with a flat end pad on it that replaces the jockey wheel!!!! They had not heard about an electric Dolly!! I found you guys after doing a web search. Take care.

Saves me a lot of work getting the tow dolly up the driveway.
Has plenty of power to push a 700 lb tow dolly up an inclined driveway. Mounting connection could be sturdier.

Best gift/tool/investment to myself, adding installation notes.
Thank you for inviting me to do review. Has been trying to do so for a while. Below is what I left @ Amazon. And I tried to address some people’s complaints, somehow Amazon shuffle my review to the last page. Wish you guys would sell the bracket - I have multiple trailers, just need one jack, can use more brackets. Best gift/tool/investment to myself, adding installation notes. Work perfectly as promisedMy boat door give 1/16” of extra space for my double trailer to go throughThe Jetski/trailer weight 2500lbUsed to sour/ache two days afterNow I just steer itBuild quality is good, I put it on the jack. See picture. Two of the reviews said broke, here’s my installation notes - what differentiated me as happy customer. Please look at the picture before attaching the jack onto the trailer:It has a ring around that matches the gap on the bracket.I did adjust to make sure the ring sits snuggly in it tight.Actually the cylinder is tight enough without the ring in the gap. Both of the failure pictures showed the cylinder were tilted - if they were installed correctly, there’s no room for it to wiggle!Last picture shows how snuggle it is.I’m putting it on the old jack’s bracket - tight snuggle. If you drill holes for the screws provided, make sure don’t drill too big a hole.Keep it tight/precise. Space/free play does break fast in heavy loads!
