Never received item! Took 3 weeks to get refund… unexceptionable! Beware of doing business they don’t even follow their own policy!

Rated for 5000lbs, per spec, not from my perspective. I have a 2000 lb dump trailer and with 1200 lbs loaded it struggled to move on an asphalt parking lot, luckily I used this as a test before needing to use it for a more difficult maneuver. Motor torque could be better tire needs to be beefier(wider and more grip). Many times it just bummed and couldn't move and few times it moved it went about a foot or two and started to slip. Given the performance on asphalt I couldn't attempt in gravel, it would have gotten itself stuck digging and binding.

Exactly what I need to move my boat in and out of the garage. Great price, great product! Easy to install easy to remove. Once you mount the bracket you can remove it by removing one bolt. I remove it when I have the boat hooked to my truck. I put it back on when I'm back at my garage. It takes about a minute.

Insufficient power and inadequate mounting bracket. Manufacturer does not sell replacement parts. We had to have a sturdier mounting bracket built. If replacement parts were available, we could have repaired the unit. Since they were not available we had to buy another unit which promptly broke down the second time we used it.

The mounting system is poor at best. Very loose when moving. Needs better clamp to tongue of trailer

Got this got this for our 1600lb adventure trailer. Makes moving it around very easy. Renting a 10x15 storage space so hard to back in with vehicle.

I have a hand crank trailer mover that cost 3 times as much! This one is way better and way quicker! Another quality product from Vevor!

Motor Works well so far. Haven't used it much. But, us it to move a small trl & 700lb motorcycle around garage area parking. The tire/wheel worn out quickly. Called and found out tire/wheel can not be replaced. So when moving small load on wet concrete be prepared to push. Tire/wheel will spin going no where. I would have expected this assembly would have lasted alot longer. Buyer be where. Forward an reverse switch attachment plug is a weak setup as well.
