Very easy to assemble...you may have to drill holes in your chair bottom to re-align the bolt holes...save your bolts from your old chair as the bolts are not included... All in All very good product

This worked great the first month, but after that it slips down a little. My chair still isn't wobbly, but I'm nowhere near the capacity weight.

Office chair was broken and knew it would costs hundreds to buy a new one. Decided to see if I could just purchase the piece that was broken. Found it on Amazon and saw the price was much cheaper than a new chair. The volunteer who fixed it said it was easy to assemble. The employee who is sitting on it says she is happy I did not throw it away. She is comfortable and happy with he chair. It is also sturdy.

Lighter Duty than the original but much tighter than the old worn-out one. so it's working properly, now let's see how long it lasts

This chair base is very well made. I have not been able to get it attached to my chair as yet because I have to have new holes drilled in the seat of the chair. Also, no washers or screws came with it.
