I am not the purchaser, just the installer. I just installed this for a neighbor-in-need, and it took about 10 minutes in total, and it looks great and will certainly function as needed and intended.Have a 3/8” concrete bit and a hammer drill. Stand the rail up, Mark the holes, move the rail and drill. Put the rail back in place, insert the anchors (hammer them down) and tighten with a socket. Cover the base plates with the covers that are included and go home...I am not a serial reviewer, but a product like this, that is so helpful to people that need it, is worth the time.
