I have contacted customer service in three separate occasions. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone. Despite showing them the photos they requested with the nicks in multiple places they offered me only $20 saying it must have been damaged in transit. There is NO damage to the packages in the areas nicked (which are again, multiple) and it was siting in a bunch of rust at the base with base already rusted out. Buyer beware … the quality control of Elat is being sent out seems to be nonexistent and if you have to deal with an issue you’ll be bounced around in email tickets and then the issue ignored.
