Working great to keep my faucet from freezing this winter!

The heating cable did a great job this past year and hopefully will stand the test of time? We'll see.

Having short versions of heat tape is handy when long ones will not apply to small areas

We had to winter in below zero conditions with 70 ft of PVC protecting our sewer hose dump. We tied this cord to the bottom of the PVC pipe and wrapped it in batting insulation. The entire area was covered w 3 ft of snow. We did know if it would work or not but it has done a great job for us.

I was have a problem with a pipe freezing and I found this and I have had no more problems.

Product is great, as for the intended use, it did not perform due to my limited space to use it. As I have a tankless w.h. there is very limited space ie: length of pipe is less than a foot. That being said, the product does not allow you to wrap the pipe and or use it in any other fashion than a straight run on the pipe. I will use it somewhere. I am now looking for a product that can help me in the limited space I have.

I am building a house and living in a camper so far the temperature has gotten down to 7 degrees and we haven't experienced frozen pipes yet.

We do not have to worry about pipes freezing anymore. Just plug this in and let it do its thing....No more letting the water trickle when the temperature drops outside...We just plug it in during the winter months and unplug during the summer... easy peasy.. Everyone who lives in the cold climates need one of these!

Saving our pipes from freezing and breaking saves us big bucks in repairs and water bills! Just the right size. We use longer heating cables elsewhere but needed these 3ft cables for a tight spots. Couldn't find 3ft cables at the hardware stores. We were pleased to received these just in time for single digits freeze brrrr. Thanks!
