The plates nice and thick my only qualm it's to big for my vevor 6.5hp plate compactor. It doesn't stay connected real good as long as I take my time it works.
This plastic plate work well to protect pavers from being damaged. I did have to modify it to fit the compactor that I bought. It was simple and worjed good.
It worked for what we were using it for. Make sure you check the box when you open it because the clamps were separate and we almost tossed the box with them still inside.
