Great little product but they’ve put a sticky label on the heat plate and I’m having a difficult time getting the glue off the plate If I don’t, it will burn and make the popcorn taste like crap Why use this kind of label and then tell people to remove it?

This machine is at my office and people use it 2-3 times a day at least. It’s a great machine and pops corn very quickly. Highly recommend! I also have a similar machine from Great Northern Popcorn Co and it arrived defective. They are not responding to my requests for help. Beware that brand!

Really works good used many times. It came in with a big dent at the bottom but it still work just fine i just have to clean extra after every use

This popcorn maker is great! Easy to assemble with just a few things to do. Makes great popcorn. We have it in our farm shop with the warmer light on all day to keep the popcorn fresh and it tastes just like it was popped several hours after it was.
