Easy to use for a good price. I would recommend this product to anyone. I’ve been impressed with the ease of use of this product.

Mr.
I need to bring window air conditioners up from the lower level of our house. The stair threads have an overhang which prevents a normal hand truck from coming up easily. I must actually sit and pull with both arms to move from one step to the next which is most difficult and sometimes dangerous because the hand truck can pull be down the steps. The climbing cart takes away all these issues by rolling from one step up and over to the next. I pulled each of these air conditioners up the steps with one hand. I could not believe how easy it was. One of the best pucrases I ever made, and would recommend it to others.

Good for its stated purpose, but nothing else
Full disclosure: I got it free as an Amazon Vine reviewer. But just because I did not pay for it does not mean I won't tell the truth. So here goes.Pro:1. True to its name, as a special purposed stair climbing cart, it is excellent. I can effortlessly go up and down stairs. And with its 3 wheels set up, I can even rest it mid-climbing with ease.2. For its size, it is very lightweight. It is about at least 1/2 if not 1/3 the weight of my current convertible cart. All parts are aluminum. So very easy to lift it and carry it around.3. Since it does not have too many moving parts and sans folding mechanism, no rattling either.Con:1. If you think IKEA is bad, this is far worse. Instruction is very basic. Thankfully, they included pictures. So I can deduce what to do combing both. Even so, one has to have basic mechanical aptitude to put it together. Oh, and tools. 1/2" socket wrench is a must. Those of you who can't install your own faucets/toilets/oil change/IKEA/etc... need not apply.2. After about an hour getting it installed properly, I was surprised at its size. See the comparison of the cart vs my current one for size comparison. A bit bulky to my liking. If it can be folded somehow.. Then again, I am sure that would compromise its weight capacity and complexity/price.3. While it is very good at climbing stairs, on regular pavements, it is not nearly as good as my semi-pro convertible cart. The small wheels WILL get stuck by uneven surfaces that the big wheeled counterpart would not.4. Lastly, the foam on the handles are nice. But they will not last under UV or wear. Hard plastic would have been much more durable.

Works on stairs as described. Assembly required.
Only one part I really didn't like and that's in the photo I attached. Those are sharp corners. Really sharp. If I had known before putting it together what it would end up as, I would've taken the time to grind them rounded. I would suggest you do so before assembly.Other than that, this handcart works as promised. It does help with moving up stairs in a way that is more secure and less hazardous. The cart itself is fairly lightweight but can carry quite a bit of weight. It includes a couple bungee cords as well.Requires assembly. I used a ratcheting 13mm wrench and a 14mm. Also requires a Philips screwdriver. All the tools needed are also included in the form of disposable tools.Because it's rolling on 4 wheels, on grippy surfaces, it can be harder to make tight turns. My wife thinks it's cool and even if it's only a couple steps, she likes it. She's only used it twice, in the same day since having it for almost a week.

Very heavy and sturdy
Very heavy and sturdy. This handtruck easily lifts all of the heavy items that I need to move. It does require some assembly which I found a bit challenging but I am not good with that sort of thing.

Cart is nice once assembled. Be prepared to fight with it to get it together and figure out on own.
Once put together this is sturdy and works well. The key is “once”. The instructions are poor and the photos in them are very bad quality. There are two supports with two holes that are inserted into the back. It looks like you could just slip them in. You cannot, the holes on those have to line up with the holes on the wheel support and the frame, which means you need multiple sets of hands to keep them all lined up so you can get the bolts in as the supports do NOT rest on the bottom and have the holes line up.There are two sets of bolts, one shorter than the other. The shorter ones go down on the bottom to attach the wheels. The longer ones at the top to attach the handles.Do not put the wheels on until you have the bolts for the rest of it attached. They give you a very lightweight wrench and one of those angled screwdrivers. These are not sturdy enough to assemble the cart. You need a socket wrench and a real screwdriver and a pair of pliers to actually put this together. The wheels are held on with cotter pins, not my favorite design. However once you get this together it is really nice for moving heavy stuff and it works on normal stairs. You have to yank a little but it is easier than with just two wheels. And the wheels will not be flat when you go to use it as they are solid rubber.Comes with some bungee cords. You cannot adjust the height. It is pretty tall.It took two of us 30 min to put it together, mostly because of the directions and trying to use the poor quality tools. Probably can be done in 20 min.

Putting it together is an issue.
About the only issue I have with it is putting it together. It shows coming with 2 little wrenches and it comes with 1. The instructions are bad. 2 pictures nothing labeled to show which parts are which. Not a problem for me but in general its badly done. There are parts not shown. Specifically doesn't show the lock washers. Most of the "assembled" parts are not tightened down. You have to go back and check all the nuts to be sure they are tight. Also both sets of tri-wheel stair stepper assemblies had one set of bearings loose so they fell out when I picked them up. Not an issue as long as you make sure to push it in hard enough to feel it snap into place. All in all got a 3 on this from me but when you put in that it appears like it will work otherwise as advertised will give it a 4. Time will tell if it stays a 4.
