The product itself is great. One but was missing, coindiciding with other reviewers experiences lacking hardware.I give 5 stars for two primary reasons. One, this product isn't the cream of the crop, but it is excellent for its price range - I knew it would not have the best coating. While it doesn't come right off, you can tell it's just lower quality. But again, excellent for the price range. Reason #2: FedEx delivered the product banged up and the product itself looked as if it had been assembled (and therefore scratched) in some places. The company was willing to work with me on this and held up their end of the bargain as well as being very prompt in communication.The product is great! The communication is great! I'm happy!

Very sturdy and built well!

I bought the 'BD-7 with lat pull attachment' holds up fairly nicely. Unfortunately it came with 1 bold(M10 x 70 '10300059') and 1 washer('10300188') missing.Update: I was able to contact the seller. They offered to send me the money for the hardware at my local hardware shop. The rack holds up well and I am finally able to use the Lat Pulldown attachment. Works great

Nice addition for gym. Well made and I would recommend it to anyone.
