These red light slippers come in a pack of 2, at half the price of competitors. They have a 10hz pulse option, 40 hz pulse, and a constant non-pulse. Comes with 2 velcro straps. I use them 3x / day and they're holding up great after 2 months. These features and their durability get the 5 stars. Along with tens slippers, I think the red light therapy helps my neuropathy, but it's hard to tell when progress is so slow. If you're going to buy red light slippers, these should be seriously considered to be a first choice.

This is a good product that you feel quite warm when putting it on you shoulder, it is very light and easy to use and you feel comfortable after using it. And it can be used with a timer setting and it helps my sleep quality after using it.
