Using it as a partial privacy screen on our deck. What I like best is that it retracts when not in use. It's not electric - manual pull required but it's not hard to do. We installed it ourselves without issue.

Loved the floating awning attachments (2) to level the post and the awning. is very easy to open and close. Instructions were a bit confusing but after laying it all out was fairly simple to install.Provides privacy between my neighbors and my pool deck areas.

Works well but over priced

After buying this and installing it (which I like) found many similar products for much less I could have saved $50 or more. However, this works well. It seems to be built pretty sturdy. I use it to block wind mostly which is nice, also to provide temporary privacy. Instead of attaching to building I put in an 8 foot metal round fence post (pounded into ground with sledge hammer to 5 foot height) and attached it to that with fence post hardware. Works well. I have decided to put in a second one but will get a less expensive one. If it were cheaper it would have 5 stars
