The tumbler will not run for more than 20 minutes. I have tried to remove rocks, water, and media. Many times it won't turn. It just gives a E1 code that does not clear. The unit must be unplugged to allow me to change anything. I can't pause the unit only start. After unplugged for 20 minutes the motor was hot to the touch after not having ran the previous attempt. Definitely does the job. VERY VERY quiet and durable. Speed control works great. Its nice you get 2 packs of different material so you have a control and can compare the tumbled to what it looked like before. Great value.

Recently started working with copper for jewelry and wanted a Tumbler. It’s easy to use, but the inner lid is very difficult to put in evenly so the top part will screw in evenly and be secure. It actually started to leak and I had to take it out and try it again. You definitely need abut the inner lid is very difficult to put in evenly so they top part will screw in evenly and be secure. It actually started to leak and I had to take it out and try it again. You definitely need a butter knife to pry out the inner lid. I have no idea how this compares to other brands but it seems to do what it’s supposed to.

It works good, I wish it had came with instructions for how long to tumble rocks for when using each grit stage. It worked fine for the first week, then it started making this squeaking noise when it's on. I don't know why or if there's something wrong with it but it works fine besides that noise.

I like it so much I got one for my friend. Be be aware that at hire speeds you need to put in less rocks.

Other than the noise of the contents being tumbled, this machine is quiet! It’s pretty sensitive to the weight so you’ll have to fiddle with it. I recommend this tumbler!

I like this rock tumbler. It holds less rocks then my other 3 lb tumbler, but I’ve started using it on a slower speed and it will hold a little more then on fast speeds, then I tumble a little longer.

This is my third vevor tumbler, they have all been reliable, hardworking going 24/7 for years. No drive belts to break, as many settings as I could ask for. I’m a happy rock hound.
