My only nit pick is the steamer isn’t easy to store. I wish the hose would detach from the steamer so it would be tucked in a cabinet. But nope.

It started out ok. But after about 15 minutes of use with the grout brush tip, the entire nozzle pops off, burning your hands with super hot water. Don't try to pick up the nozzle to put it back on because it too is extremely hot! I turned it to lowest setting but still was popping nozzle off. And steam comes out of 3 places on the pole, so it drips and leaks the entire time. And if u turn the wand up (to say hit a spot on the wall or something) the water will come out and burn you. It works good with mop head on but will still leak out steam from the wand the entire time. It's hard to carry. And it vibrates and buzzes the whole time I can't tell when it's buzzing to say it ran out of water. The brushes melted after 15 mins of use. So theyre only good for 1 use each. It has 2 round and 2 for grout. And 2 wire ones but those just turn everything black. So yeah totally not impressed. I ended up just scrubbing the grout by hand then using the mop head last. I clean houses and this ain't cuttin' it. It

I had a bedbug issue can’t think of where they came from but doesn’t matter I had them. I read steam cleaning would help to kill them off. And it really did help. I sprayed with bedbug killer my carpets my couch my bedroom, just everything and I steam the carpet the couch I steam clean the floors And I’m seeing less and less I’ve been doing it maybe twice a week now and it seems to be under control. I don’t know if it’s completely gone, but I’m gonna keep it up , this little guy.

This product is perfectly build and easy to use ,it take you more cleaning or uses an half hour before the water is gone.. it's strong and hot steam water .. i try right away when the product arrive that night , easy to follow the instructions even though you not read the manual .. i really enjoyed using it and make you more energy cause you know the product it work very well not the one I choose in the first time..i will recommend this product to everyone..

Although it's made primarily of plastic, the material is thick, durable and tough. If you are one of those people who push really hard when mopping, then this little steamer is right for you. I am heavy handed and like to scrub, so far this mop continues to feel strong and durable in that department. The main steamer attaches to what I call a little skateboard. Which is totally optional, you can detach it and carry it or just set it on the floor. When it is locked into the skateboard, it is surprisingly well balanced and doesn't tip over when pulling it. If, it does tip over....BIG DEAL. The water chamber is sealed and the machine keeps running. No leaks or auto-shut off to deal with. The hose is long, thin and strong. It does not detach, it's permanently connected to the machine and main wand but I don't mind. The hose is thick and insulated well so it does not get hot. The extra long power cord plus the long hose is really awesome. I can mop almost my entire house without unplugging it. I got this so I could store it under the sink and just pull the hose out when needed. So it's a major space saver. It produces a pretty decent amount of hot steam and is virtually silent. Unlike my two other steam mops which are quite loud. I happily give this little steamer 5 stars due to its power, flexibility and low price.

This is the best steam cleaner I've ever purchased. It heats up in seconds—not minutes—and produces a powerful amount of steam. You can refill it at any time, which is an incredible feature.

Update: I liked it so much, I bought a second one for my daughter. I absolutely love this steam cleaner. It works like a charm. It heats up so quickly (15 seconds) and I can refill it while I am working with it. Which makes it go so much faster than the old one my dad had. 20 minutes cool down phase before you can refill and another 20 minutes for it to heat back up. I had a steam mop before I bought this one, which was great, it could come apart i to a hand held steamer, but the handheld part was a bit unwieldy. I ended up giving it to my daughter, she adores it. And I bought this one. The hose part is easier for me to hold than a handheld part that contains the tank. It is more maneuverable as well. Love the tank capacity on this cleaner. One tank cleans my entire kitchen. (It's not a huge kitchen and relatively clean, so obvs it doesn't take much to get it done, but still. It cleanes the floors, the counters, the stove top, and the sink. And so fast. I keep a regular cleaning rag in my ither hand when I steam the kitchen and just wipe the water up after I steam the counters etc. On the floors I finish uo with the steam cleaner and then use my mop (a swiffer type) with a dry pad to just mop up the water. Easy peasy, fast and so clean. We have three cats, so it's nice to know thw floors and everything else is cleaned with the hottest water I can possibly put on. And no chemicals needed. For stubborn stains I do use soap and it gets it so fast. (I use my home made soap, which has baking powder in it for greasy stains. Makes very short process of cleaning the kitchen after my husband has a fry up fest lol I go over our cat climbing trees as well with it to freshen them up. Our mattresses and the couch/chairs in the living room get steamed too. It's so nice to have it all fresh and clean so easily and fast. No big deal. Just when I switch duvet covers and pillow cases, I have the bed stripped anyway and run the steam cleaner iver it really fast. Obvs don't soak it, bu

Have only used the small round brush attachment for cleaning shoes and pet beds. Puts out a grest stream of steam. Cant wsit to ude it on other things

I used it on my stove and refrigerator so far and it blasted away the mess I added some degreaser to the water for the stove and the grease just melted away
